a. Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
Some content on the website is currently not accessible to all users, particularly those with visual or motor impairments. Known issues include:
- Lack of a visible focus indicator on interactive elements, which makes keyboard navigation difficult.
- Insufficient contrast between text and background in several sections of the website.
- Absence of text alternatives for images, icons, and other visual content.
- Use of color alone to convey information, causing difficulties for users with color blindness or low vision.
- Semantic structure and HTML parsing errors that compromise correct interpretation of content by assistive technologies.
Additional issues concern the labeling of form fields, the management of dynamic messages, and the presence of text embedded in images, which limits readability and adaptability.
These issues have already been identified and will be addressed in upcoming website updates.

Some measures—particularly those involving a full review of the source code and the replacement of all text images with accessible solutions—would entail a disproportionate technical and financial burden compared to the resources currently available. For this reason, such activities will be implemented gradually, giving priority to interventions with the greatest immediate impact on the user experience of people with disabilities.
