EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) ducts, 16 mm thick, 30 kg/m3 thick, insulating, smooth inside and outside.

AVAILABLE MODELS of the VML16 series rigid ducts (the diameters are internal):

• Duct L=2m Ø125.
• Duct L=2m Ø160.
• Duct L=2m Ø180.
• Duct L=2m Ø200.

The advantages of the EPE duct in brief:

• insulated duct* and sound-absorbing
• minimum adhesion of dust thanks to the very smooth inner surface
• light, easy to cut, elastic and flexible, shock-resistant
• does not rust
• supplied in a length of 2.00 m
• ideal for connection to plastic roof terminals: light, unbreakable and resistant to weather agents.

*The advantages of insulated piping. When the air inside the ducts is colder than the ambient air (or vice versa) there is a risk of condensation forming inside or on the outside surface of the ducts. For this reason, if such conditions occur, it is very important to use insulated ducts. In addition, the high insulation of the system reduces heat loss.

The advantages of connecting the EPE ducts/bends using the appropriate VMRA16 series PP fittings:

• interlocking connection (no adhesive tape is required)
• that is easily removable; this makes maintenance very simple
• compact size and aesthetically pleasing
• no scrap
• installation without the need for tools.
