b) This website partially complies with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to cases of non-compliance.
Inaccessible contents
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:
- non-compliance with the law of 9 January 2004, n. 4.
Some contents of the site are currently not accessible to all people, in particular to users with visual or motor disabilities.
The audit highlighted the following non-compliances (WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria):
- 1.1.1 — Non-text content: Some visual content and images do not have accessible alternative descriptions.
- 1.3.1 — Information and relationships: The structure and relationships between the contents are not always correctly interpretable by assistive technologies.
- 1.4.1 — Use of color: Some information is communicated exclusively through color, making it barely perceptible for some users.
- 1.4.3 — Contrast (minimal): The contrast between the text and the background is not always guarantees easy reading.
- 1.4.10 — Content adaptation (Reflow): Some contents do not adapt correctly to the screen size or to the magnification, requiring scrolling in several directions.
- 1.4.11 — Contrast of non-text elements: Some interface components and graphic elements do not have sufficient contrast to be easily identified.
- 2.4.7 — Visible focus: It is not always clearly visible which element is selected during keyboard navigation.
- 3.3.2 — Labels or instructions: Some fields and controls do not have sufficiently clear labels or instructions.
- 4.1.1 — Code analysis (Parsing): The code is not always properly structured and may cause errors of interpretation on the part of assistive technologies.
- 4.1.2 — Name, Role, Value: Some interactive elements do not correctly communicate name, role, status or value to screen readers.
These issues have already been identified and will be addressed in the next updates of the site.
b. Disproportionate burden
Some interventions, in particular those related to the complete revision of the source code and the replacement of all text images with accessible solutions, would involve a technical and economic burden disproportionate to the resources currently available. For this reason, these activities will be planned gradually, giving priority to interventions with greater immediate impact on the experience of users with disabilities.
